La Nature Est Le Bijou

In this project, my goal was to create a piece of jewelry that incorporates a 3D mountain inside a dome, positioned on a ring. The concept was challenging due to the size constraints of these two elements, but not impossible to achieve. The mountain will be crafted in resin using a 3D printer and hand-painted with acrylics. The purpose of this piece is also to raise awareness about the environmental issues affecting mountains. For this reason, I will create three similar rings, each featuring a different mountain scene representing a distinct era, highlighting the problem of glacier melt and the resulting water scarcity. These pieces are also intended to serve as symbolic statements and means of protest for the protection of mountains threatened by climate change.
